BY JOHNNY offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return full-priced items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
